A few things to know before reserving your Picnic…
Booking & Payment
After you submit your request below, we will respond within 48 hrs to arrange your perfect picnic. Payment will be due in full when we connect with you.
Your picnic is confirmed once payment is received. We will then send you picnic details and directions to get to your picnic spot.

On your Picnic Day
On the day of your picnic, we will be at your arranged picnic spot to set up and we politely ask that you arrive for your reservation time. Early and late arrivals complicate pretty much everything and detracts from your magical experience so pretty please arrive on time. Your picnic time starts and ends at the time scheduled regardless if you arrive late.
After you are settled at your picnic table we will leave you to enjoy your picnic and return at the end of your reservation to begin clean up service. If for any reason you need to leave before the end of your picnic - contact us ASAP! You will be given our card when you arrive with our phone number and you will be responsible for all picnic inventory from damage or theft until we arrive on site.
Cancellations
ALL of our Picnic Experiences are fully refundable if cancelled 14 days in advance of your picnic date. No refunds can be made for cancellations made 13 days or less of your picnic date.
If rain or storms are in the forecast (45% chance or higher) we will reach out the morning of your picnic date to request from you a preferred back up location and try our hardest to secure a dry alternative picnic spot. No refunds will be issued for normal (wind, mist, fog, rain, thunder and lighting storms) weather occurrences.
If by some freakish act of nature where it would be hazardous/impossible (forest fire, tornado, flooding etc..) for us to travel for set up, we will reschedule for the next day if available. If the backup date cannot be accommodated we will issue you a credit to use within 1 calendar year from scheduled date of picnic.
